Christian Counseling Services in Acworth, Georgia

Who We Are

After more than 20 years of counseling experience, we noticed a theme. Clients would walk into our office and breathe a sigh of relief as we began our sessions. This moment of exhale, signaled the beginning of a safe, calming experience where burdens could be unloaded and processed. We are committed to offer this same experience to other clients in order to work towards emotional wellness. We opened our practice so we could expand our services further - from family counseling to children experiencing learning difficulties and adolescents struggling with school and peer pressure. Thus, Exhale Counseling was born.

At Exhale Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC we offer judgment-free, clinical counseling services and provide you a safe space for emotional processing and healing. We are a passionate, people-centered practice, that is committed to providing you with tools to reach your goals and experience freedom from what has been holding you back from being your authentic self.

Our team of licensed therapists are equipped to partner with individuals, children, adolescents, young adults, families and couples in the healing journey. We offer services for depression, anxiety, stress management, premarital, marriage counseling, eating disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), EMDR, Dissociative Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), self-esteem, abuse, grief, blended family issues, co-parenting strategies, mood disorders, ADHD, learning differences, special education advocacy, athletic performance, self-harm and more.
